Julio Otalora

Julio Otalora is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Country President at QMC Telecom and Commercial Vice President at Computec, Julio has held key leadership positions at notable companies including Apple, Adobe, Dridco, and Motorola Mobility. Noteworthy achievements include successfully managing the restructuring of Motorola during its split, implementing strategies that significantly increased market share and sales in Colombia, and leading the relaunch of operations in Ecuador. Julio possesses an MBA in Industrial Engineering and International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
