Lilian Daniel

Lilian Daniel has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Lilian started their career as an Auxiliar de departamento pessoal at Odebrecht Engenharia & Construção in October 2011 and worked there until February 2013. Lilian then joined Villela & Associados Auditoria e Consultoria as an Assistente / Analista de Departamento Pessoal from March 2013 to March 2014. After that, they worked at BEXCELL as an Analista de Administração de Pessoal - Tiara Bolsas from March 2014 to February 2015. Currently, Lilian is the Gerente de RH / Business Partners at QMC Telecom, a position they have been holding since February 2015. In this role, they oversee the management of the payroll and benefits team and is a member of the group Country Leadership Team of QMC Telecom Brasil. Lilian's achievements include successfully implementing the HR department at QMC Telecom when it was a startup and being the first person in the HR department.

Lilian Daniel began their education at Estácio in 2013, where they pursued a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Gestão de Recursos Humanos. Lilian graduated from this program in 2015. Later, Lilian enrolled in Descomplica Faculdade Digital and completed a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Gestão Estratégica de Recursos Humanos e Comunicação Não Violenta. Their education at Descomplica Faculdade Digital lasted until 2021.
