Scott Tapia

Scott Tapia has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Scott currently serves as the Vice President of Contractor Success at Qmerit since July 2021. Prior to this role, they had a long tenure at ABM Electrical & Lighting Solutions, where they held the position of Sales Manager for the Southern CA Region from June 2004 to June 2021. Before joining ABM, Scott worked as a Sales Manager at B&C Lighting Services for the year 2003. Scott also worked as a Sales Consultant at Diamond Triumph Auto Glass from 2002 to 2003 and as a Sales/Branch Manager at Amtech Lighting Services from 1999 to 2002. Earlier in their career, Scott served as the Branch Manager at Safelite from 1988 to 1999, and as the Owner of The Glass Doctor from 1986 to 1988. Scott began their career as a Stock Supervisor at Nordstrom in 1985.

Scott Tapia attended MiraCosta College from 1997 to 1999, where they studied Business and Accounting. In April 2019, they obtained the Certified Lighting Management Consultant (CLMC) certification from NALMCO.
