Alex Houghton

Alex Houghton is an experienced professional with a robust background in advisory services and information technology. Currently serving as Practice Manager at QMetrix since July 2022, Alex leads initiatives in corporate Budgeting and Planning, Master Data Management, and Business Intelligence and Analytics. Previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at Lake Press from December 2020 to July 2022 and served as Senior Consultant at QMetrix Pty. Ltd. from February 2016 to December 2020, where further developed expertise in driving business performance. Alex began the career as a Back to School Analyst at OfficeMax Australia from February 2013 to April 2015. Alex holds a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Accounting from Monash University and completed the Victorian Certificate of Education at Mordialloc College.
