Marc Martel, ENG

Marc Martel, ENG has worked in the tech industry since 2005. Marc began their career at Dassault Systèmes as a Knowledge Architect, Team Leader, and Consultant in Education Services, where they led a team of consultants and architected training programs for Fortune 500 companies. Marc then moved to Senior Manager of Education Services, where they drove adoption for two software upgrades within the company and oversaw three IT transformations for new software implementations with three companies and six IT upgrades per year with more than four different companies. Marc was then promoted to Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management, where they managed a business unit responsible for deploying organizational change management for customer digital transformations and leveraged an internal change management model based on PROSCI for all initiatives. In 2021, they moved to Providence, where they worked as a Product Manager for Change Management with Wallero Technologies. Marc is currently employed at Qmulos as a Principal of Product Implementation.

Marc Martel obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University in 2005. Marc obtained their Engineer certification from the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec in 2010. In 2012, they obtained their Leading Change certification from the American Management Association. In 2014, they obtained their Professional Storytelling certification from Articulus, LLC. In 2021, they obtained a Certification in Business Administration and Management, General from McGill University. Finally, in September 2022, they obtained their Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci.
