Nicholas Shannon

Nicholas Shannon began their career as a Systems Security Engineer at Keyes Information Technology in 2018. Nicholas then moved to TEKsystems, where they worked as an Information Security Engineer. In 2019, they joined Kinney Group, Inc. as a Splunk Development Engineer. In 2020, they joined Qmulos, where they have held the roles of Splunk Engineer, Senior Splunk Engineer, and Principle Splunk Engineer.

Nicholas Shannon is currently enrolled in a Computer Science program at Regent University. Nicholas holds certifications from Splunk, including Splunk Accredited ES Implementation (2020), Splunk Accredited Core Implementation (2019), Splunk Core Certified Consultant (2022), Splunk IT Service Intelligence Certified Admin (2020), Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin (2019), and Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect (2019). Additionally, they hold an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (2018). Nicholas also holds Splunk Core Certified Power User, Splunk Core Certified User, and Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin certifications.
