Ayman Said

Ayman Said has extensive experience in IT governance, risk, and compliance, currently serving as the Head of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance at QNB Egypt since February 2013. Ayman oversees key domains including IT PMO, Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Budget and Cost Control, and Performance Management. Previous roles include Project Manager for the Loan Origination System project, where Ayman managed cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes, and Head of IT Coordination and Integration, focusing on system integration and change management. Prior to QNB Egypt, Ayman held significant positions at NSGB and MIBank, contributing to IT development and core banking migrations. Ayman holds a Diploma in Computer Science from Cairo University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Helwan University Cairo.
