Wessam Baher

Wessam Baher is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the East West Art of Dialogue Fellow at The Shafik Gabr Foundation since October 2022. Prior to this role, Wessam held various positions at QNB Egypt from March 2020 to July 2024, including Talent Management Manager, HR Business Partner Manager, and Lead HR Business Partner. Wessam's early career includes roles at Societe Generale from November 2010 to March 2015, where responsibilities included Affluent Market Commercial Coordinator and Relationship Executive in retail banking. Wessam holds a Professional Diploma in Marketing from The American University in Cairo and is pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services at ESLSCA University, expected to be completed in January 2027.
