Özge Otmanbölük has a diverse work experience primarily in the field of learning, organizational development, and employee wellbeing. Özge started their career in 2007 at QNB Finansbank, where they held various roles including Recruitment Specialist, Organizational Development Specialist, Learning & Development Assistant Manager, Learning and Development Manager, and most recently, Head of Learning, Organizational Development & Employee Wellbeing. Throughout their tenure at QNB Finansbank, they gained extensive expertise in managing learning programs and enhancing employee development. In addition to their work at QNB Finansbank, they also served as a Judging Committee Member for the Stevies for Great Employers awards organized by The Stevie Awards in 2017.

Özge Otmanbölük earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Istanbul University in the years 2000 to 2004. Later, Özge pursued a Master's degree in Labor Economics, also at Istanbul University, from 2004 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Özge obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in December 2020. Additionally, they achieved certifications such as the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute in 2020 and the Co-Active Coach certification from the same institution in 2018.
