Yasemin Sönmez has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Yasemin started their career at TEB in 2008 as a Segment Marketing Assistant Manager and later became the Product Development & Management Assistant Manager in SME Banking. In 2013, they joined DenizBank as the Segment & Value Management Manager in SME Banking. Yasemin then worked at Şekerbank as the Marketing Manager in SME Banking from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they worked as the Business Development and Marketing Manager at ActionCOACH Global and also had a role as an Assistant Instructor at Tabularasa Training & Consultancy Services. Currently, they hold key leadership positions at QNB Finansbank, including the Head Of Customer Experience Office and the Customer Experience Management Department Head.
Yasemin Sönmez holds a postgraduate degree in User Experience Design (UXD) from Kadir Has University, which they pursued from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Dokuz Eylul University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Before entering university, Yasemin completed their high school education at Celal Bayar Anatolian High School, specializing in Natural & Applied Sciences, from 1996 to 2003.
