Kurt Nguyen

Kurt Nguyen has over 18 years of experience in the IT, business management and strategic communications industry. Kurt began their career in 2001 as President and CEO of Qnexis, Inc., an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. In 2018, they took on the role of CEO of TULU Systems, LLC., where they are responsible for the development of the TULU public safety and emergency communications app. This app allows first responders to quickly and easily send emergency communications and account for people in the event of public safety, weather, pandemic, disaster or active shooter incidents.

Kurt Nguyen attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, though the degree and field of study are unknown. In August 2021, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
