Previously, they served in various leadership roles, including Director of Government Affairs at GE China and Government Affairs Manager at Caterpillar (China) Investment Co., Ltd. With extensive experience in government relations, Bill has successfully managed strategic initiatives and shaped policies that resulted in significant financial impacts for companies across multiple industries. They hold a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Engineering from Capital Medical University and are currently a candidate for a Master's in Economic Law at the China University of Political Science and Law.
