Toriono Granger has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Toriono currently serves as the Head of Commercialization at Qnovia, Inc., a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director at Simply Fractal since June 2020.

In this role, they launched new product development programs, closed significant business deals, managed teams, developed proposals, and supported process development.
Their earlier work experience includes roles at Joss Design Group as an Engineering Project Manager/ Senior Engineer from August 1999 to September 2001, at Christiana Industries LLC as a Project Engineer from May 1997 to August 1999, and at Capsonic Group as a Quality Engineer from May 1995 to May 1997.
Toriono Granger received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2010 to 2012. Their MBA focused on Strategy, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation.
