Bayu Indrayana ST, MM, MBA, APAI, CIIB has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Bayu is currently serving as the Head of General Insurance (Non-EB) at Qoala since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Manager at PT. KMDastur Indonesia Reinsurance Brokers from February 2021 to May 2022.

From 2017 to 2021, Bayu served as a Business Partner at PT Paibada Rekacipta Solusi. Before that, they held various leadership positions at PT Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia, including Branch Development Manager from November 2013 to September 2016, Head of Jakarta Branch from September 2012 to November 2013, Head of Medan Branch from January 2011 to September 2012, and Manager - Head of Direct Account and Distribution Company, Business Development from June 2003 to January 2011.

Bayu's work experience also includes a role in Sales and Marketing at PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara from November 2000 to June 2003. Bayu'sextensive experience in the insurance industry has equipped him with a deep understanding of various aspects of business development, marketing, and management.

Bayu Indrayana ST, MM, MBA, APAI, CIIB has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, which they obtained from 1993 to 1998. Bayu further pursued their education at Swiss German University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master's in Management (MM) with a focus on Business Administration. In addition to their academic qualifications, Bayu Indrayana has obtained the Certificate of Competence - Insurance Broker Level 5 from LSPPI in April 2022.
