Prateek Jogani

Prateek Jogani has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Prateek is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Qoala, where they are responsible for building the next-gen insurtech platform and improving the engineering culture. Prior to this, Prateek was a Senior Vice President at Qoala, where they played a pivotal role in developing the insurtech platform and supporting core engineering and devops teams.

In addition to their work at Qoala, Prateek is also an Angel Investor at 100ms and HealthySure, providing financial support and guidance to these companies. Previously, they were the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of FairDee Insurtech, which was acquired by Qoala Group. Prateek played a significant role in empowering small independent business owners and agents with a digital insurance platform and collaborating with insurers to create innovative products.

Before their involvement in the insurtech industry, Prateek co-founded Vouch Insurtech, where they served as the CTO. Prateek partnered with major insurers to develop and distribute innovative insurance products, providing a fair and personalized insurance experience to consumers in Singapore and Thailand.

Prateek's earlier experiences include co-founding Tenory Technologies, a creative learning platform focusing on music education, and working at companies such as Practo, iCelero, OnMobile, and Dilithium Networks. At Practo, they held positions as an Engineering Manager and Technical Lead, leading high-performing engineering teams, delivering key projects, and ensuring high uptime for critical systems. At iCelero, Prateek was a Senior Software Engineer involved in developing an internet acceleration product. Prateek also worked as a Software Engineer at both OnMobile and Dilithium Networks, contributing to projects related to video transcoding, caching, and streaming.
