Charlotte Bailey

Charlotte Bailey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as COO at Qogita since May 2025, Charlotte has previously held significant roles including Head of Europe at Moove, and Regional Director, Europe at Bird, where responsibilities expanded to General Manager for the UK & Ireland and Sr. Manager for Platform & Global Expansion in EMEA. Prior to Bird, Charlotte spent four years at Deliveroo in various managerial positions culminating as Head of Account Management for UKI. The early career includes a tenure as Events Manager at Taylor Lynn Corporation. Charlotte obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2010 and 2013.
