Eli Fathi is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader. Eli has over 20 years of experience in the private sector, with a focus on technology and innovation.
Eli's career began in 1996, when they founded Telexis Corporation, a leading provider of video over IP solutions. Under Eli's leadership, Telexis grew to 180 employees and was acquired by Newbridge Networks in 2000.
Following the acquisition, Eli served as the Executive VP for Business Development at March Networks until August 2001. In this role, they were responsible for the company's growth and expansion into new markets.
In 2008, Eli co-founded the CCSR Conferences, which were held at Algonquin College in Ottawa for 5 years. The CCSR Conferences were designed to celebrate and showcase excellence in social innovation, with a focus on social, economic, and environmental sustainability. Over 1000 social entrepreneurs, students, academics, NGOs, and business people attended the conferences each year.
Eli is currently an advisor at Qohash, a leading provider of blockchain technology solutions. Eli is also a mentor at L-SPARK, a Canadian startup accelerator.
Eli Fathi has a Master of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
