Lauren Archibald, SHRM-CP has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Lauren began their career in 2011 as Office Manager for L&S Machine Co., Inc. In 2013, they joined Appian Corporation, where they held the roles of Human Resources Operations Specialist, Senior Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Coordinator. In 2021, Lauren moved to QOMPLX as Manager of People Operations.

Lauren Archibald holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University. Lauren obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in July 2015 and is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
