Antoine Durand has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Antoine co-founded and served as the CTO of Qondor, a company that uses data to enhance outdoor activities structures. At Qondor, they developed systems for the water sports industry to view real-time navigations on a map, create navigation history, and provide safety and service alerts. Antoine also created and developed Playgroond, an innovative tech company dedicated to fostering community and outdoor activities for children. Their flagship project is a collaborative mobile app that maps playgrounds and allows users to contribute and discover safe play areas. Prior to these ventures, Antoine held various roles at Decathlon International. Antoine served as the Head of Decathlon Labs, where they led projects focused on revolutionizing the customer experience in Decathlon stores, e-commerce, and mobile. Antoine also worked as an IoT Program Manager, IT Team Leader, IT Environment Manager, UK IT Responsible, and Information System Engineer. Through these roles, Antoine gained experience in IoT, innovation, project management, team leadership, and information systems.
Antoine Durand holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from IRIAF (Institut des Risques Industriels Assurantiels et Financiers), which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from IUT Lorient from 2003 to 2006. Antoine also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2015.
