Gregory Kornienko

Gregory Kornienko is a Senior Backend Engineer with extensive experience in building reliable and high-traffic services. Currently at Qonto since April 2024, Gregory previously held the same title at Shopify from June 2021 to December 2023, where involvement included migrating PHP projects to Ruby. At HelloFresh, from February 2017 to June 2021, Gregory enhanced customer experience by improving service reliability. Earlier experience includes contributions at Kolesa.kz, where Gregory worked on transitioning a legacy monolith to a new PHP framework, and at Sibers, starting as a junior developer and advancing to a mid-level role. Gregory holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kyrgyz National University.
