Julien Hillion

Julien Hillion is a seasoned product design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and mentoring aspiring designers. Currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Qonto, Julien oversees a team of 30 designers dedicated to enhancing financial solutions for SMEs and freelancers. Previous roles include Senior Design Manager and Design Manager, where Julien successfully scaled and managed a team of 13 Product Designers. Additionally, Julien has contributed to the design industry as a mentor for The Design Crew and co-founded a venture, while previous experience at Adobe involved significant contributions to Adobe Stock. Julien's career also includes UX design roles at af83, Nurun, Viadeo, and Razorfish, along with early project management experience. Julien holds multiple degrees in Information and Communication, as well as History, from La Rochelle Université and Université de Poitiers.
