Manuela Urso

Manuela Urso is an experienced professional with expertise in customer onboarding and anti-money laundering/combating the financing of terrorism. Currently serving as an AML/CFT Analyst at Qonto since April 2024, Manuela previously held the position of Customer Onboarding Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Amenitiz, where personalized training sessions and ongoing client support were provided. Manuela also worked at Sniptech as a Translation Coordinator, overseeing translation projects and managing communication with clients, as well as serving as a Relationship Support Manager. Earlier roles included FIT Operations Specialist at Europe Express and Reservations & Groups Executive at Generator Hostels. Manuela holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Audiovisual Translation and Export Management, and has pursued studies at prestigious institutions, including Peking University and UCL.
