Jessica Bayer has been working in the customer service and account management field since 2009. Jessica began their career as an Education Consultant at Directions Training Center in 2009 and then moved on to become an Office Manager at Admiral Security Services in 2011. In 2012, they joined ShopperTrak as an Associate Pilot Manager, North American Client Support Analyst, and Receptionist/Human Resource Administrator. Jessica then joined BenchPrep in 2017 as a Customer Success representative before moving on to their current role of Head of Customer Success & Account Management at Qooper Mentoring & Learning Software in 2020.

Jessica Bayer received their Bachelor's degree in HR Management from Illinois State University in 2008, having begun their studies there in 2004.
