Salman Kasbati has extensive work experience in the software and consulting services industry. Salman began their career as a Software Engineer at CresSoft in 2001, where they worked until 2002. Salman then joined Connect2Web as a Senior Software Engineer and stayed there until 2004. In 2004, they started working at LMKR as a Manager Projects and stayed until 2007.

In 2007, Salman joined Avanza Solutions as a Senior Development Manager and worked there until 2010. During their time at Avanza Solutions, they also served as the VP of Software Development from 2010 to 2010.

In 2010, Salman joined Streebo, Inc as the Director of Software & Consulting Services, and later, they became an Associate Partner in 2013. Salman worked at Streebo, Inc until 2016.

Since 2016, Salman has been the COO at qordata, a data-driven compliance platform and technology brand based in Princeton, New Jersey. At qordata, they have been responsible for delivering professional services and implementing SaaS products for Fortune 500/1000 customers across different regions.

From 1998 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor's in Computer Science at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.

In 2001-2002, Salman enrolled at the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, where they earned a Master in Computer Science (MCS) degree.

In 2014, Salman attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed the EO - Key Executive Program.

In 2018, they attended the Seton Hall University School of Law, where they obtained a degree named "HCCP plus" with a specialization in Life Sciences Compliance.

Most recently, in 2020, Salman attended the Harvard Business School for the Leading Professional Services Firms program.
