Akonte L.

Akonte L. is an experienced talent management professional, currently serving as Talent Manager at Qore since April 2023, where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for talent attraction and retention across Africa. Prior to this role, Akonte held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Jumia Nigeria from June 2022 to March 2023, overseeing recruitment and onboarding strategies for various business units. Akonte also served as Head of Human Capital at Finchglow Group, managing organization development processes, and previously led talent acquisition at Ascentech Services Ltd.
