Pavan Prakash

Pavan Prakash has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Pavan is currently working at Qoria as the Head of Support (ANZ), where they oversee support operations. Prior to this role, they held various positions within the company, including Education Support Team Manager (ANZ), ANZ Service Delivery, and Education Support Engineer.

Before joining Qoria, Pavan worked at Steadfast Solutions as a Service Engineer, where they performed software updates, resolved IT issues, and attended client calls. Pavan also worked at 888 Pizza, where they progressed to a managerial position and was responsible for software development, store operations, and customer service.

In the earlier stages of their career, Pavan worked at Aluminium Industries as a Machine Operator, carrying out labouring duties and executing milling tasks. Pavan also worked at Bourne Electronics as a Sales Assistant, conducting sales and shipping orders, and at Oasis Marketing as a Sales Representative, where they conducted outbound calls and marketed mobile phone and internet packages.

Throughout their work experience, Pavan has gained valuable skills in support management, IT troubleshooting, software development, and customer service.

Pavan Prakash is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance with a specialization in Information Systems & Data Analytics from Swinburne University of Technology, which is expected to be completed in 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering from RMIT University in 2017. Pavan also holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering from RMIT University (2013-2015) and a Certificate III & IV in Telecommunications Cabling also from RMIT University (2014-2015). Pavan completed a Certificate II in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Chisholm Institute between 2011 and 2013. Pavan's secondary education was completed at Glen Waverley Secondary College, and their primary education was completed at Kohia Terrace School. In addition to their formal education, Pavan has also obtained various certifications, including the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from RMIT University in 2013 and the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA 70-640/642) from RMIT University in 2013. Pavan has also completed the "Complete Python Bootcamp" and "Introduction to Programming Using Python" courses from Udemy in 2019 and 2018, respectively.
