Eben van der Nest has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Eben began their career as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Medscheme in 2000 and then moved to IQ Health in 1999. In 2001, they joined Unisys as a Customer Service Team Lead. In 2005, they moved to Bluestar Digital Pty Ltd, where they were a Training Manager and Customer Service Team Lead. From 2015 to 2016, they served as an Excel Business & Training Consultant at XL Training Academy (MS Excel). Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been the Head of Implementation Services and Customer Success Manager at QorusDocs. In this role, they are responsible for defining, implementing and communicating technical aspects of the QorusDocs Implementation Services journey, as well as managing a small team of 3 Implementation Specialists. Eben also drafts proposals, assists with pre-sales engagements, product training and workshop meetings.

Eben van der Nest has a long history of education, beginning with Technical Secondary School at Oosterland, Secunda from 1995 to 1999. In 2000, they completed an Intro to Personal Computers at Clover Multimedia, as well as an IT degree at UNISA. In 2002, they completed an Information Technology course at CS Holdings. In 2012, they completed an Organizational Leadership course at Executrain, and in 2013 they completed Organizational Leadership at Leading Edge and Sales courses at The Training Academy. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Learning Microsoft Power BI Desktop from LinkedIn in 2019 and Word 2013: Styles in Depth from Lynda.com in 2016.
