Tania Scott-Hayward

Tania Scott-Hayward has over 25 years of work experience. Tania began their career in 1995 as a Death Claims Clerk and Senior Record Maintenance Clerk at Metal Industries Benefit Fund Administrator. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as a Claims Administrator at Fedsure Holdings Ltd. and then as a Test Analyst at Investec from 2000 to 2002. Tania then moved to Accara Solutions (formerly Global Technology) as a Business Analyst from 2002 to 2005. During this time, they also worked at IdeaJunction as a Business Analyst and Test Team Lead from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2014, they worked as a Test Manager at Iterative Technologies (previously WEBLIFE). Tania then moved to Genasys Technologies (Pty) Ltd. as a QA Team Lead and Test Analyst from 2014 to 2019. Since 2019, they have been working as a Senior Software QA and QA Engineer at Orderin. In 2022, they will become the QA Team Lead at QorusDocs.

Tania Scott-Hayward received a National N6 Certificate (Secretarial – Computer Practice) from Krugersdorp Technical College in 1995. Tania also received a National N5 Certificate (Secretarial – Legal Practice) and a National N4 Certificate (Commerce - Secretarial) from the same college in 1994. In 1989-1993, they attended Athlone High School for Girls. Additionally, Tania has obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Test Automation Foundations (2022), Python Essential Training (2021), Learning the JavaScript Language (2021), and Learning Selenium (2021).
