Alexander Hua

Alexander Hua is a Sr Photolithography Process Development Engineer at Qorvo, Inc. since February 2015, specializing in Wafer Level Packaging and various photolithography processes. Prior to this role, Alexander held positions at Texas Instruments, L-3 IRP, Maxim Integrated, and STMicroelectronics, progressing from a Sr Photolithography Fab Engineer to a Photolithography Process Engineer, where significant achievements included reducing rework rates and managing critical photolithography tools and processes. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, earned between 1990 and 1995.
