Dave Koster

Dave Koster is a seasoned professional at Qorvo, Inc., with experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Process and Insights, Dave leads efforts to standardize sales processes and develop analytics across the sales organization. Prior roles include Sr. Sales Ops Analyst, where responsibility included managing the Mobile Products sales process with Salesforce and Tableau, and Sr. Marketing Manager for the Mobile Operator Group, focusing on RF front end requirements for European mobile operators. Additionally, Dave has managed the company-wide mobile TAM model and overseen multiple IT development teams. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
