Debra Howard

Debra Howard is a seasoned executive in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Qorvo, Inc. since April 2020. Prior to this role, Debra held senior leadership positions at NXP Semiconductors, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources Technology and Operations as well as the Americas/Asia Regional HR Leader. Debra's career in human resources also includes significant roles at Freescale Semiconductor and Domtar, where responsibilities encompassed global human resources strategies and operations. Debra began a long career at Texas Instruments, advancing through various positions, including Global Manufacturing HR Director and Global Talent Development Manager. Debra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has also pursued studies at Michigan State University.
