Edward “Ej” Caughlin

Edward “EJ” Caughlin is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in engineering, quality systems, and business analysis, currently serving as Manager of Engineering and Quality Systems Global Operations at Qorvo, Inc. since May 2020. EJ has previously held roles as Lead Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst at Qorvo, along with experience as an MBA candidate at North Carolina State University and as a Product Marketing Intern at Cree.
