Ken Davis

Ken Davis has over 25 years of diverse experience in engineering and management within the semiconductor and material handling industries. Currently serving as Equipment Engineering Manager at Qorvo, Inc. since October 2018, Ken oversees over 250 probers, leading cost-saving initiatives exceeding $6 million in four years. Previous roles include Product Engineer, Applications Engineer, and Customer Support Engineer at Accretech America, achieving significant improvements in yield and equipment availability. Additional experience includes managing a service department at Shoppa's Material Handling and shop coordination at N.J. Malin & Associates, where revenue growth was achieved. Ken's foundational experience was gained in the US Navy as a Nuclear Operator/Electrician's Mate. Ken holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas and is currently pursuing an MBA.
