Sunfei Fang

Sunfei Fang is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Senior MTS and Principal Engineer in Si Tech Development at Qorvo, Inc. since April 2016. Previously, Sunfei held positions at Global Foundries as SMTS, focusing on 14HP technology development, and at IBM in various roles from Device Engineer to Integration and Process Integration Engineer, contributing to advancements in SOI FinFET and CMOS technologies. Early career experience includes tenures at Infineon Technologies and Texas Instruments, where Sunfei specialized in process integration and defect reduction techniques. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. from Tohoku University and a Post Doctoral Research position at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
