Customer Operations Specialist at Qover

Chiara Puleo has worked in various roles since 2014. Chiara began their career as a Policy Officer Assistant at the International Relations Office of Friuli Venezia Giulia Region in Brussels in 2014. Chiara then completed a stage at Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM) where they were responsible for overseeing documents related to European projects and conducting research on international university rankings. In 2016, they were a Trade Marketing Junior at Valcucine and an Assistant Project Manager at Polo tecnologico di Pordenone "Andrea Galvani". In 2017, they were a Marketing Controller at Percassi group, Arcus Real Estate Srl where they implemented promotional brand activities in the territory and coordinated guerrilla teams. In 2018, they held two roles at Qover, as a Customer Experience Quality Specialist and Customer care & Operations. Chiara also held the role of Customer Relations Agent (Italian & Spanish markets) at Tereos.

Chiara Puleo began their educational journey in 2003 when they attended Liceo Ginnasio di Stato and obtained their Maturità Classica in 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they attended Università degli Studi di Trieste, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages and Literatures. In 2010 and 2011, they participated in an ERASMUS program at Universidad de Oviedo, Facultad de Filosofía y Letras. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, they obtained their Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Università degli Studi di Udine.
