Service Operations Manager at Qoverage

Jeff Simpson has over 20 years of work experience. Jeff began their career in 1997 as a Public Service Officer at the City of Euless Police Department. In this role, they were the initial contact point to citizens and the general public, providing them with assistance and direction in a courteous and professional manner. Jeff also prepared official reports as required by policy and/or law, and provided safety and security within and around the municipal jail, other department employees, visitors, and to arrested and/or detained persons. In 2007, they became an Executive Team Leader at Target. In 2011, they moved to Advanced Digital Solutions, LP, where they served as a Senior Technician. Jeff then became a Project Manager at Advanced Digital Solutions LP in 2015. In 2019, they joined Qoverage as a Service Operations Manager, vCIO, and Lead Project Manager.

Jeff Simpson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Columbia College between 2005 and 2009. Since then, they have obtained several certifications, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals from Microsoft in May 2021, StorageCraft Certified Engineer from StorageCraft Technology Corp. in May 2020, CompTIA Server+ from CompTIA in September 2019, LPI Linux Essentials from Linux Professional Institute in August 2019, Microsoft Technology Associate: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals (MTA) from Microsoft in August 2019, Microsoft Technology Associate: Security Fundamentals (MTA) from Microsoft in April 2019, and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in May 2019.
