Mike Hardie is a Senior Technical Specialist with extensive experience in the field. Mike has worked with various companies such as QPC, Connect Managed Services, Cable & Wireless, Fluency Voice Technologies, European Technology Consultants, and Unisys Netherlands. Mike's expertise includes implementation of Genesys into green fields sites and upgrades, creation of PCI compliant payments collections IVR, and design and development of IVR systems with Genesys CTI integration. Mike holds a MSc in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury.
