Oliver-Werner Kneitinger currently serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Manager (International) and Cultural Ambassador at 龍霆 ~ Lóng Tíng Enterprises since August 2023. Additionally, Oliver-Werner holds multiple roles including CEO & Founder at MediaMarktSaturn, Motivational Educational Speaker, and Equality Ambassador at Q+ Equality Foundation. Involvement extends to mentorship positions with myGwork and contributions to the INTERPOL Metaverse Expert Group as a General Member. Previous experience includes freelance work, IT System Engineering roles, and publishing as a self-employed editor. Educational background features qualifications in Information Technology from the University of Regensburg and vocational training in culinary arts and baking. Areas of expertise include LGBTQIA+ advocacy, leadership, communication, gaming, and community engagement.

Over the next decade, at least 12 million queer youth in the US will earn degrees and enter the workforce. As things stand, the deck is stacked against them. Given the mental, social and logistical challenges Q+ youth face, the majority will not achieve their true potential. Together, we can solve this. The work GBA Equality Foundation does each day stops LGBTQ+ youth from taking less fulfilling jobs simply because they would like to "fit in more easily" or "hide" there. Instead, working with business leaders and progressive organizations, our objective is to provide equitable opportunities and create fulfilling careers for queer youth in authentically inclusive workplaces, known as "Q+ Workplaces".
