Elvin Vence Pillarella has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Elvin began their career at Universidad Metropolitana - UNIMET as a Teaching Assistant for Financial Simulation - Statistics & Crystal Ball from October 2010 to October 2011. Following this, they worked as a Teaching Assistant for Financial Simulation - Crystal Ball at IESA in May 2013.

In 2014, Elvin joined Deloitte España as a BI Software Developer - SQL & QlikView, where they contributed to a long-running project with a client, an American S&P 500 Tech Company located in the outskirts of Barcelona. Their responsibilities included developing QlikView dashboards using back-end and front-end designing tools, as well as data mining for building sustainable and efficient data models. Elvin held this role until March 2016.

From 2016 to 2022, Elvin worked at Klarna, initially joining as a Business Intelligence Developer in July 2016 and transitioning to the role of Business Intelligence Analyst in January 2018. In July 2018, they took on the position of Engineering Manager, overseeing a team, and in April 2020, they became a Senior Data Engineer. Elvin provided their expertise in data engineering and played an integral role in the company's data operations until their departure in August 2022.

Currently, Elvin Vence Pillarella is employed as a Senior Data Engineer at Qred AB, starting in September 2022. Elvin continues to excel in the field of data engineering and contribute their skills and knowledge to their new company.

Elvin Vence Pillarella has an extensive education history that includes a Licentiate degree in Applied Mathematics from Universidad Metropolitana (VE). This degree was earned between the years 2006 and 2012.

In addition, Elvin pursued further studies and obtained a Master's degree in Statistics and Operations Research from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, which took place from 2013 to 2015. During this period, they also completed a temporary program at the Technical University of Munich, where they focused on Mathematics and Operations Research.

To complement their educational background, Elvin also acquired certifications in language proficiency. In November 2012, they obtained the TOEFL certification from the Educational Testing Service (ETS), and the TestDaF certification from the TestDaF Institut.
