Karin Nygård Höijer

Karin Nygård Höijer has a diverse range of work experience in risk management, compliance, and finance. Karin is currently serving as the Head of 1st line Compliance at Qred since 2022. Karin also has experience as a Consultant at 4C Strategies, where they specialized in risk management, crisis management, and business continuity in the financial sector. Karin conducted risk assessments, developed business continuity and crisis plans, facilitated workshops, and conducted training sessions.

Earlier in their career, Karin worked at Telenor Sweden as a Risk Manager and Head of the SOX/Quality Assurance team. Karin also served as a SOX/Internal Control Specialist at Telenor Sweden. Karin began their career as a Risk Controller at If P&C Insurance and later worked as a Compliance Officer/Risk Controller at Nordax Finans.
