Luis Vaello Garcia has held a variety of roles in the business and technology sector since 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Store Manager at Movilsat Centro Tecnológico. From 2011 to 2016, they held the International Business Development Manager and Warehouse Manager roles at Reciclafon. In 2016, they became the Vicepresidente at Avalbit. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Bitnovo, where they were responsible for day to day operations and building strategies and partnerships to bring cryptocurrency adoption to the masses. In 2019, they became the Chief Operating Officer at bitsa. From 2020 to 2021, they held the Regional Director role at Binance, where they provided support across EU markets and was involved in the Binance Card launch and growth. Currently, they are the VP of Marketing & Operations, Marketing Operations Director, and Head of Operations at Qredo.

Luis Vaello Garcia attended El Plantio from 2000 to 2002, where they earned an International Baccalaureate in Science & Business. Luis then went on to Universidad Católica de Valencia San Vicente Mártir, where they obtained an Administración y Dirección de Empresas degree in Marketing internacional.
