Wen Loong Lau (刘文龍) has a long and varied work experience. Wen Loong began their career in 2009 as a Platoon Commander with the Naval Diving Unit (Singapore). In 2012, they interned with Duane Morris & Selvam LLP in the Corporate Department. In 2013, they interned with Arul Chew & Partners in the Litigation and Corporate departments and with WongPartnership LLP in the Corporate Real Estate department. In 2015, they were a Practice Trainee with Martin & Partners in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. From 2016 to 2018, they worked with RHTLaw Taylor Wessing in various roles, including Legal Associate, Legal Manager, and Practice Trainee in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. In 2018, they were an Associate Director with both Tembusu Partners and Blue Ocean Capital Partners. Wen Loong is currently the Head of Ventures & Ecosystem Growth with Qredo, a position they have held since 2022.
Wen Loong Lau obtained their GCE O Levels from Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) in 2002-2005. Wen Loong then attended Raffles Junior College from 2006-2007. In 2010-2015, they attended Singapore Management University and earned a Bachelor's of Law - LLB in Law. In 2015, they completed Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations at the Singapore Institute of Legal Education. In 2016, they obtained a Free Diving Level 1 certification from Scuba Schools International. In 2009, they obtained an Advanced Open Water Diving Licence from Scuba Schools International.
