Bob Keyser

Bob Keyser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and engineering management. Currently serving as Senior BD Manager at Tetra Tech since April 2023, Bob has held the position of Senior Engineer at Quaternary Resource Investigations, LLC since July 2019. Bob has also contributed to AH Environmental Consultants as Federal Program Manager since January 2014, and held leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer and Federal Program Manager at Thompson Engineering from April 2009 to December 2013. Earlier in their career, Bob was Vice President & Federal Program Manager at O'Brien & Gere from September 2004 to March 2009. Bob Keyser possesses a Master's Degree in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, a Master's Degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the US Military Academy.
