Lars-Olof Berntsson

Lars-Olof Berntsson is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors, currently serving at QRTECH AB since January 2021. Previously, Lars-Olof worked at Volvo Group Trucks Technology from 2005 to January 2021, managing multiple high-stakes projects, including Vinnova / FFI projects with significant national funding and overseeing a European FP7 project with 23 partners across six countries. Lars-Olof's expertise also includes functional safety management, contributing to hazard analysis and safety case development in adherence with ISO 26262 standards. Earlier experience at Ericsson Microwave Systems AB included roles as sub-project manager and design engineer. Lars-Olof holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.
