Maciej Misiorny is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the fields of battery state monitoring, algorithm development, and predictive maintenance. Currently serving as a Research And Development Engineer at QRTECH AB, Maciej focuses on algorithmic solutions for connected smart products and battery prognostics, collaborating with various companies such as PTI/Assa Abloy and Essity. Maciej has also held significant roles as Principal Investigator for EU-funded projects, emphasizing safety in automated systems and conducting cybersecurity analysis. Prior academic positions include Scientific Researcher at Chalmers University of Technology and Associate Professor at Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, along with postdoctoral research at Forschungszentrum Jülich. Maciej holds a PhD in Physical Sciences and has participated in numerous international research projects, contributing to advancements in nanoelectronics and transport theory.
