Dr Hannah Gore

Dr Hannah Gore has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Dr Hannah most recently worked as the Head of People (EMEA & US) at QS Quacquarelli Symonds starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the People Experience Lead at Tessellate Learning from 2020 to 2023, where they provided strategic consultation, end-to-end talent solutions, and data analysis to address clients' business needs. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Head of Learning and Talent at Solera, Inc., where they led teams and developed employee platforms and policies. Dr Hannah also worked at The Open University from 2005 to 2018 as a Senior Content Producer & Consultant, where they managed teams, created platforms and content for corporate clients, and collaborated with partners to create employee engagement content. Prior to that, they worked at HM Prison Service as a Litigation and Audit Training Officer and at Powerhouse as a Corporate Business Improvement Teamleader & Trainer.

Dr. Hannah Gore obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in the field of Engagement of Learners Undertaking Massive Open Online Courses and the Impact of Design (EdD) from The Open University, completing their studies from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management (CIPD L7 Equivalent) from The Open University, studying from 2009 to 2011. In 2007, they obtained an MBA degree in Business and also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Managing Performance and Change from The Open University in 2008. Dr. Gore began their educational journey with a Professional Certificate in Management from The Open University in 2007. Dr Hannah has also earned several additional certifications, including being named a Fellow of The Learning and Performance Institute in 2019 and 2020, and being recognized as a finalist for Learning Leader of the Year in 2020. In 2021, they were awarded the Fellow accolade by The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute).
