Miguel Valdez

Miguel Valdez is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product management and hardware engineering. Currently serving as Manager of Sustaining and Product Qualification at QSC since August 2019, Miguel oversees the sustaining efforts for various audio equipment. Prior roles include Senior Hardware Engineer and Senior Sustaining Engineer at TDK-Lambda, where Miguel managed projects involving switched-mode power supplies up to 45 kW. Miguel's career also includes positions as International Applications Engineer at Industrial Power Products, Lead Product Engineer at Eaton, Design Engineer at Philips Lighting, and Sustaining Engineer at Power-One, showcasing expertise across power quality, precision cooling, cost reduction, and product design. Miguel holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics from Instituto Tecnológico de Mexicali, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from the same institution.
