Ray Tantzen

Ray Tantzen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ray'smost recent role was as Director of Product Management at QSC, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Audio Engineer, providing services such as recording, mixing, live sound, and consultation. From 2021 to 2023, they held positions at Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, including Director of Product Management - PreSonus and Senior Product Manager. Ray also worked at PreSonus Audio Electronics as a Senior Product Manager from 2013 to 2021. Before that, they were a Senior Product Manager at Avid Technology, managing audio IO solutions. Other notable experiences include working as a Product and Training Specialist/Field Engineer at Symetrix, a Product Manager at Loud Technologies, an Instructor at 911 Media Arts Center, and Chief Audio Engineer at Jungle Studios.

Ray Tantzen attended The Art Institutes, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Audio Production. Additionally, they studied Interaction Design at Cooper U. Finally, they furthered their education in Practical Product Marketing and the Pragmatic Marketing Framework at Pragmatic Marketing.
