Diksha Sandhu

Diksha Sandhu is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at QServices since September 2025. Prior to this role, Diksha held positions at PixlerLab as the Human Resources Manager from November 2024 to September 2025, and at Orbit & Skyline as the Human Resources Responsible for Global Field Operations from October 2022 to November 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at LSR from January 2021 to September 2022. Diksha holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Post Graduate Government College, a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Lovely Professional University, and a High School Diploma in Psychology from Chitkara International School.
