Vladimir Segura

Vladimir Segura is an experienced industrial leader with a strong background in production management across multiple sectors, including construction, automotive, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Jefe de Planta at QSI Perú since November 2021, Vladimir Segura oversees a multidisciplinary team and focuses on key management indicators such as delivery plans, maintenance, and budget compliance. Previously, Vladimir Segura held the position of Jefe de Producción at Frenosa, where responsibilities included production line management, prioritization of safety and quality, and the implementation of advanced technology to enhance productivity. Vladimir Segura's career also includes roles at AGP Group and CONFITECA S.A., providing expertise in process engineering and production optimization. Currently pursuing an MBA at the Universidad de Piura, Vladimir Segura holds multiple degrees, including a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal and certifications in operations management.
